If you need to know how to proceed concerning an energy and sustainability project, you go to IFMA.org's “How-to Guides,” which are updated biannually. The BETA project is available to IFMA members free of charge. A significant objective of Smart Buildings is to achieve significant energy savings and provide long-term sustainability. The City Energy Project has a MOU with IFMA.
