ISS 2020 Vision: Future of Outsourcing and Perspectives of Facility Management

This piece builds upon and extends the scope of the three previous ISS 2020 Vision studies: Scenarios for the Future of the Global Facility Management Industry (2011), New ways of Working: The Workplace of the Future (2013), and Future of Public Sector Outsourcing (2014). Together with futurists from the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, ISS carefully evaluates the future of outsourcing to identify the key changes that are occurring and why, in order to explore potential emerging opportunities and threats.
