What makes the modular workplace design so attractive is the capability of having a diverse workplace assemblage: private spaces for focused work, training rooms, social spaces for collaboration, et cetera. With the barriers of the traditionally structured workspace removed, team members are able to be their most productive within a multifluid design. When traditionally designed workspaces are broken down and their barriers removed, people have more room to be innovative and productive.
